The first wedding cake i was asked to make for two of my best friends I was so pleased when they asked me to make it. The Airoplane and butterfly on top are made of lace which the brides mother hand made, something very diffferent to top a cake but very effective. Then the banners around the cake are blue lace and blue ribbon. All daisies and butterflies are hand made. The yellow on the daisiess are caster sugar died with yellow food colouring and the stuck into the centre of the daisy.

Homemade Christmas cakes all fruit cakes with brandy in them.  Just a few designs that may interest a few people. Christmas cakes are best made early and doctored with brandy ready for the Christmas period.

A sponge bob cake that i was asked to make its a 8 inch round vanilla sponge cake on top of a 10 inch round cake. Served 40 very hungry 5-6 year old kids.
